Welcome Aboard
I’m Tevin Mulavu, the founder of Aviator Entrepreneur Academy. I hold an Executive MBA and currently fly for an international commercial airline and have over 20 years of experience which translates to more than 10,000 hours in the sky.
At Aviator Entrepreneur Academy, we help pilots prepare for the next phase of their lives. The key question we answer is: “After flying, what’s next?”
For many pilots, a natural path forward includes business… creating more time to reconnect with the people who matter most: their families.
When flying is no longer your full-time career, Aviator Entrepreneur Academy provides practical tools, step-by-step guidance, and professional support… so you’re not left wondering what to do next.
Why This Matters to Me
Personally, this journey matters because I’m also a father to two young boys, Zoriel and Yadiel, both under 10.
Research shows that 95% of the time we’ll spend with our kids happens before they turn 18. For the first ten years, you’re their favorite person in the world. After that, life changes… friends, careers, and partners take over. These “magic years” fly by unless we fight to hold onto them.
I didn’t want to be the dad who missed it all for a dream that came too late. That’s why I built the Academy.
“Everything seems difficult until you figure it out. Simply recall the first hour spent in a plane. Your very first solo. Your first command. Everything seemed like too much. However, here you are. This is merely the next chapter. And Aviator Entrepreneur Academy is here to help you write it.”
