What is the Aviator Entrepreneur Academy?
The Aviator Entrepreneur Academy is a 12-month business training program designed specifically for pilots. Our FlightPath Curriculum provides the entrepreneurial skills, strategies, and mentorship needed to start, grow, or scale a business—whether alongside your aviation career or as a new chapter beyond the cockpit.
Who is this program for?
This program is ideal for current and former pilots who want to explore business opportunities, launch a startup, or strengthen and scale an existing venture. Whether you’re flying full-time or transitioning into your next career phase, the Academy gives you the tools to succeed in entrepreneurship.
What will I learn in the FlightPath Curriculum?
The FlightPath Curriculum is divided into two phases: FLIGHT, which covers entrepreneurial mindset, audience understanding, product or service creation, sales systems, and team building; and PATH, which focuses on scaling operations, personal branding, accountability, ethical decision-making, and long-term growth planning.
What are the pricing options?
We offer three membership levels—Economy, Business, and First Class—starting at $97/month. Each level includes increasing benefits, such as access to the full curriculum, group coaching, 1-on-1 accountability sessions, templates, and personal brand development support.
How is this program different from other business courses?
Unlike generic entrepreneurship programs, the Aviator Entrepreneur Academy is built specifically for the aviation community. It combines industry understanding with proven business strategies, guided by mentors who are successful entrepreneurs themselves. You’ll gain practical, aviation-relevant tools and a supportive pilot network.
Can I upgrade or downsize my plan?
Upgrading: You can upgrade at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately, and you’ll be credited for any remaining balance from your current plan.
• Economy to Business: Gain access to all 10 modules, all workbooks, monthly group coaching, masterclasses, and expert interviews.
• Business to First Class: Add premium 1-on-1 coaching, weekly sessions, WhatsApp phone support, custom implementation strategy, and personal brand development.
Downsizing: You can downsize with 30 days notice. You’ll receive a pro-rated refund for the difference.
• First Class to Business: Retain all 10 modules and group coaching, but lose 1-on-1 sessions, weekly coaching, and WhatsApp support.
• Business to Economy: Retain Module 1 access and email support, but lose all group coaching, masterclasses, and interviews. Note: Economy Class has no refunds, so this downgrade is permanent.
What if I need to pause my program temporarily?
All programs can be paused when necessary. As pilots, we understand life sometimes requires course corrections – family emergencies, medical issues, unexpected flying opportunities, or major schedule changes. Let’s discuss what you need and create a solution that works for everyone while keeping your entrepreneurial goals on track.
Can I transfer my program to someone else?
Business and First Class: Yes, you can fully transfer your program to another pilot or aviation professional for the remainder of your program duration, or receive a program credit to resume your entrepreneurial journey at a later date.
Economy Class: Transfer options are not available due to the heavily discounted nature of this program.
Business and First Class programs offer additional flexibility given their premium nature and investment level.
Can I cancel my program?
Business Class: Yes, you can cancel at any time with 30 days advance notice. Cancellations are processed with refund eligibility determined case-by-case.
First Class: Yes, you can cancel with 30 days notice. Refund eligibility is determined case-by-case based on program progress.
Economy Class: No refunds available due to the heavily discounted nature of this program. This policy protects program integrity and ensures we can continue offering this accessible entry point.
